Greens are good for WHAT?

Consuming greens is one of the best things we can do for our vitality and wellbeing. Greens burn fat by converting fat storing white cells into fat burning brown cells. The nutrients in greens are anti-aging and provide cellular support and brain protection. Greens contribute to heart health by reducing blood clots and regulating triglyceride and cholesterol levels. They help manage glycemic load and insulin sensitivity. The fiber content supports gut health and the good bacteria in the gut necessary for optimal digestion, immunity, and overall health. Greens provides UV protection at the cellular level so you can enjoy the sun, which is also important to our health and wellbeing. The chlorophyll in greens neutralizes various toxins and the fiber helps sweep toxins out of the body. With these and so many more benefits to eating your greens, why not pile your plate high with them?

In love and good health!
